QS5 Client
The Collision Repair Association(CRA) has been a Client of JET for many years now.
A key part of their business is to to help the individual Panel Beaters manage their relationship with the Insurance companies. The Insurance Companies are keen to know that the panel beaters are dealing with the clients appropriately and to keep track of this performance they use QS5 to run Client Satisfaction surveys. CRA are responsible for creating the surveys and applying the required branding for each Panel Beater. Using QS5 they are able to analyse the responses over time in real time.
CRA also use QS5 for general industry wide quarterly surveys.
